Saying “It doesn’t matter any way” & focussing on brighter things in life would ease stress for a while but what about the problem (the cause of stress)? How will we arrive at a solution? Focussing on brighter things in life does give some relief for a while but then when we come back to the state of mind that was, the same cycle begins. How to get a solution fo that?
The purpose of saying “It doesn’t matter any way” is to distance oneself attitudinally from the stressor for the time being so as to have mental respite. One should relook at the situation in a better frame of mind later to “take the bull by its horns.”
Dear Sir,
Saying “It doesn’t matter any way” & focussing on brighter things in life would ease stress for a while but what about the problem (the cause of stress)? How will we arrive at a solution? Focussing on brighter things in life does give some relief for a while but then when we come back to the state of mind that was, the same cycle begins. How to get a solution fo that?
